Illycaffè S.p.A. (branded and stylized as illy) is an Italian coffee company specializing in espresso, headquartered in Trieste. Illy markets its coffee globally in silver and red pressurized, oxygen-free cans; operates a network of cafes on shopping streets, in museums and airports; and since 2009 has marketed a line of coffee-flavored energy drinks as illy issimo.
On May 11, 2020, a user with the name of "sharon", qualified of "Awful" the 8.8 Ounce 2 Pack of Illy coffee on AMAZON:
"I don’t know what to do. I have spent a lot of money on this coffee. The strength is awful. It has no taste and grinds go right through the filter making it all granulated. [...] I spent up to $600 on this brand. Also, the red label is awful!"

Shift Leader/Manager (Former Employee) says"Quit after 3 days.It is against the law not to take a 30min meal break if worked over 5 consecutive hours in a 8hr work day. Training was terrible. Pricing is different between register and menu board. Empoyees complained about each other all day long. Espresso drinks are made all wrong. Always runout of supplies n change ."

I. Lorenzen says"My milkfrother - "recommended by ILLY" - didn´t last for more than a year.. Nothing broke, it just won´t go anymore. What a waste of ressources..! Think it is called GS HomeWin, but clear labeled with: "RECOMMENDED BY ILLY" which is why we bought it. I don´t recommend!"
Paul says"I raised concerns to faulty plastic coffee capsules on the 01/07/2020 with photo of the barcode as reference. Email received over two weeks later from Illy asking for picture underneath the tin, two weeks to respond to a complaint 🤷♂️ By this time the tin had been put in the recycling. I’ve sent numerous emails and no response from their customer services, appalling !"
Anthony W says"I had Illy coffee at Ho Chi Minh airport in Vietnam and it was the most overpriced coffee I have ever had. I am from Sydney Australia and a double expresso there will set you back at most $5 Australian dollars (about $3.50 USD) but at Illy in Ho Chi Minh it costs $8 AUD (you can get a double expresso in town for$2.50 AUD.) The biggest ripoff I have found in 3 months travelling in Vietnam. I will NEVER buy anything from Illy again."
